Scott Feyereisen and Neeraj Puro, Assistant Professors in the Department of Management Programs/Health Administration, with co-authors, had their paper titled, “Physician Dominance in the 21st Century: Examining the Rise of Non-Physician Autonomy Through Prevailing Theoretical Lenses,” accepted for publication at Sociology of Health & Illness (ABS4).
Michael Harari, Ethlyn Williams, Stephanie Castro and Katarina Brant, all from the Department of Management, had their paper titled, “Self-leadership: A meta-analysis of over two decades of research,” accepted for publication in the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (ABS4).
Sofia Johan, Associate Professor in the Department of Finance, with co-authors, had their paper titled, "Mixed Methods in Venture Capital Research: An Illustrative Study and Directions for Future Work," accepted for publication in the British Journal of Management.
Mingxiang Li, Associate Professor, Department of Management, had his paper titled, “Exploring novel technologies through board interlocks: Spillover vs. broad exploration,” published by Research Policy (ABS 4*, https://authors.elsevier.com/a/1dWr-B5ASINcG).
Judy Monestime, Instructor, Department of Management Programs/Health Administration, with co-authors, had their article titled, “Strategies for Accounts Receivable Management in Rural Health Clinics,” published in the Journal of AHIMA.
Len Treviño, Professor and Program Director, Department of Management Programs/International Business, with co-authors, had their paper titled, “The Effect of Gender Inequities in the Classroom and Beyond in U.S. Business Schools," accepted for publication in Journal of Management Education (ABS 2).

Sofia Johan, Associate Professor in the Department of Finance, surpassed 4,000+ citations on Google Scholar.
Jon Taylor, Ph.D. candidate (business administration/finance concentration), was selected as the 2021 Emerging Scholar by the ninth annual Community Banking in the 21st Century Research and Policy Conference, sponsored by the Federal Reserve, Conference of State Bank Supervisors, and the FDIC.
Alumni
Denise Dickins, Ph.D., has been appointed to the board of directors at NV5 Global Inc., a Hollywood, Florida-based engineering services company. Dickins obtained a doctorate degree from FAU Business in 2006 and currently is a professor of accounting and auditing at East Carolina University.
